Dozens of Dijon fans chased manager Antoine Kombouaré’s car in anger following Nice loss

The AFP report that dozens of Dijon fans chased manager Antoine Kombouaré’s car as it left the Gaston-Gérard stadium this afternoon, after hurling physical abuse at the coach as he sought to exit the ground following his side’s 1-0 loss to Nice.

Dijon now sit bottom of the table, in 20th, with the club’s fans screaming at Kombouaré to resign. The DFCO faithful also aimed abuse at president Olivier Delcourt, whilst players Romain Amalfitano and Julio Tavares calmly had a long discussion with fans, but under police supervision.
